Shipping is free for orders going to a U.S. address and when shipped by U.S. Postal Service or a ground carrier of our choice and when ordered through this website. Other shipping methods are not free, please call our office (707/578-6049) to arrange.

Orders are shipped within 3 days of order date, unless the office is closed.

Refunds & Returns
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase date, merchandise must be in original condition and with original packaging AND the return must be authorized by our office if a refund is desired.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns requested after 30 days from purchase date, if authorized, will have a 20% re-stocking fee deducted from the refund.
